Our goal is to keep your production running. Therefore, we offer a wide range of support services to minimize production downtime caused by a Smart Packaging System:
Printer Maintenance Training: On-site or factory hands-on training of maintenance personnel on the proper troubleshooting and preventative maintenance techniques.
Extended System Warranties: Smart Packaging System are shipped with a one-year parts and labor warranty. Extended warranties are also available.
Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service Agreements: Smart Packaging System offers Annual, BI-Annual and Quarterly PM maintenance agreements to ensure your systems are operating at factory specifications.
On-Call Service Agreement: This is an add-on for customers with active PM service agreements. A Smart Packaging System service technician will service your system as required.
Loaner Equipment: In some cases, Smart Packaging System can offer loaner equipment in the event your equipment must be returned for servicing. Includes bar code readers, vision systems, ink jet printers and thermal transfer label printers.
